We understand you may have some questions. Below we try to answer some of our frequently asked questions

Many of our athletes are new to track and field. We’re here to teach and coach them everything they need to know. Our programs are designed to cater to all skill levels, and we’ll provide personalized coaching to help your child learn and grow. We’re excited to welcome new athletes and help them discover a love for track and field.

We welcome athletes aged 5-17 to join our team.

The registration fee is $225. This includes the Club Fee, Practice Site Fee, USATF Membership, AAU Membership, Coaches Fee, and Meet Overhead. Please note that uniforms, shoes, and track meet entry fees are not included in the registration cost. Uniforms are available for purchase in the Team Store for $70.

We plan to have fundraising opportunities for athletes to help offset costs that families may incur during the season. This is especially important for athletes who qualify for National Championships, as travel can be quite expensive. We’re committed to supporting our athletes and making sure they have the chance to compete at the highest levels.

We offer all sprinting events, long distance events, hurdles, long jump, triple jump, high jump, shot put, discus, and javelin.

Our typical training schedule involves practices 3 days a week. Standard practice days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

Yes, there is a strong focus on technique and speed development. It’s very important for athletes to learn and understand the mechanics of running. There’s a specific technique and skill that must be learned to maximize an athlete’s performance, and we focus heavily on this area. When a runner understands and learns the fundamentals, the speed will naturally follow.

Athletes are evaluated and monitored for progress through a preseason evaluation, a mid-season evaluation, and an end-of-season evaluation, all completed by their coaches. Throughout the season, all stats are recorded and tracked in a document, showing the trajectory of each athlete’s progress.

The team typically participates in 6-8 meets, including qualifying meets.

Yes, there will be opportunities for athletes to qualify for USATF and AAU Nationals.
